How often do you mutter, “work is killing me…”?

The hustle and grind, work 24/7, do whatever it takes mindset is probably to blame…

We’ve been conditioned to believe that we’re not working hard enough unless we’re working around the clock. Taking time off means you’re weak, or not committed enough to your success. You start thinking “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” is actually a rational way to live!

Friends, I’m here to tell you that every bit of that mentality is bullshit.

I know that for a fact because I’ve done it! I started off 2022 willing to absolutely kill myself to get ahead. Talking to people all the time, traveling to every event under the sun, taking part in every mastermind, seminar, and retreat to keep growing my network.

And let me tell you how that turned out! I was constantly exhausted. I got sick over and over again. I was missing out on time with my family, and I never had a minute for myself. And on top of all that, it didn’t even make a huge difference in my business!

I finally had to ask myself why I was willing to run myself ragged for nothing. And when I listened to my inner voice, she said, “SEE!! I’ve been telling you to slow down and DELEGATE!”

When I finally started practicing what I preach it was literally life changing. I gave myself permission to chart a different course and grow my business in a new way. I promised myself ease and grace, time and space to scale my business intentionally and sustainably.

I allowed myself to work less and live more. I gave myself grace when the world threw me some curveballs instead of panicking and stressing out. And when my team faced some curveballs of their own, I was able to give them the grace, time, and space they needed, too.

Instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off, I took the time to shore up the foundation of my business, add to my team, and track my numbers to see what was working and what areas needed attention. I gave myself time to develop a strong growth plan that I knew we could support rather than throwing out lines to every possible lead.

I gave myself the space to grow, learn more, and expand in both my personal and professional life. I made room for inspiration, new ideas, and a business model that finally felt like it WORKED. And it is the best gift I have ever given myself.

Growing a business is a process, and you get to choose your path. You can scramble and race like mad to get to the top, or you can choose your own pace and enjoy the scenery along the way. If you’re ready to do what you believe in, and follow your passion with ease and grace, time and space, I’d love to show you how.
